Telio Felipe Espinoza García was born in Mexicali, Baja California, México in 1971.
Got his Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Montemorelos University. His Masters in Arts Degree form Universidad Autónoma de Baja California. His latest short, End of shift" won First Place of the 2020 International Vampire Film and Arts Festival, and Third Place of the 2021 Nosferatu Festval. Won 3rd place in the Imperial Valley Film Festival, with his dramma short "Tienes Razón"(You're right), that also won the Best Actress Award, to Terezina Vital. Vital also won the same category award with Espinoza's free adaptation of a segment of 100 years of solitude, of Gabriel García Márquez, called The serene death of Amaranta Valdívia.
