The film is about three characters – Anbu, Madhi and Ravi. Anbu is a writer suffering from initial stages of schizophrenia. He is having an affair with Madhi, a married woman, who is living with her abusive husband in the worst possible condition. Ravi, an aspiring actor, is a roommate of Anbu’s. Ravi, not being comfortable with him, leaves the room without telling Anbu. Madhi tries to break-up with him. Because of all these changes in his life, Anbu becomes lonely and his schizophrenia starts getting worse. One day after having a phone sex conversation with Madhi, he reads about the rape of a six-year-old girl in the newspaper. Feeling guilty, Anbu's right hand with which he had masturbated starts getting paralyzed. But it is his illusion. Unable to bear the guilt, he takes an important decision of his life.
